An easy, tasty and guilt free Potato Fry made using an air fryer.
Add chili powder, turmeric powder, fennel/ black pepper powder (optional), salt and 1 tbsp oil and mix well. If you are adding black pepper powder, consider reducing the amount of chili powder to reduce the heat.
Preheat Air Fryer to 390 degrees F for 4 mins, make sure you have placed the “Crisper” plate inside the ceramic coated basket. "Crisper" plate comes with Ninja AF101 Air Fryer, for other models, use the plate or rack that comes with it.
Spread the potato pieces within the basket or rack and cook in “Air Fry” mode for 390 degrees F for 4 mins. Open the air fryer and stir the contents with a wooden spatula. Continue cooking in the same temperature setting for another 4 mins.
After about 8 mins of cooking, add ½ tbsp. oil and stir contents well and finish off cooking in same setting for an additional 2/3 mins or so. Increase cooking time if you want the fry to be more crispier.
