Potato Chili Fry

Very simple, but a great side dish to go with rice and plain dal!

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled potatoes cut into cubes without skin
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix potato cubes, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.

  2. Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan and roast the potatoes in slow flame for about 5 to 10 mins until desired roasting consistency/ crispiness is reached.

  3. Serve hot with rice and plain dal!
