Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Baby Potato halved
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Fennel powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine potato, spice powders and salt; sprinkle some water and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in non-stick pan and when the oil is hot, add the potatoes, mix well and cover and cook in a low flame for 5 mins.

  3. Open the lid, stir the contents, if the potatoes are not cooked yet, sprinkle some more water and cover and cook for 5 more mins.

  4. Open the lid and stir and cook the potatoes with lid open and fry till it gets golden brown.
