If you are a peanut lover, you would certainly love this spice mix. And no worries if you are not a peanut lover, or if there are any peanut allergies in your home – just skip the peanuts (or replace it with any other nuts of your choice) and still make this spice mix and enjoy making awesome dishes with it.
I usually make this instant spice mix whenever I make the Eggplant fry with Peanut Sesame Seeds Masala Spice (cut big Italian eggplant into thin slices, rub this spice mix on both sides and pan fry, will post the recipe tomorrow). I use the leftover powder in various other dishes too and what I have noticed is that the crunchiness and nuttiness of the peanuts and the sesame seeds has the potential to convert any ordinary dish into an extraordinary one.
