My dear Ninja
Today’s blog will be an intimate letter I wrote on Valentine’s day to the new cute babe in my kitchen, Ninja, the Air Fryer !!!
My dear and sweetest Ninja girl! Happy Valentine’s Day! I sincerely regret I took so much time to welcome you into my life. So many wasted years, for me and you too, right? But I promise, the wait was well worth it!
I still remember the day I met you first time, it was Thanks Giving day 2018. Was it not love at second sight (sorry babe, I have a wife and she reads this blog as well!). I could clearly sense that your heart skipped a beat (and mine too!) the moment I was carrying you in my arms to the checkout counter. I do not know who owns who now, but does it matter really.
Wow, wow, wow, you can do so much!!! The best thing is you can warm up anytime and are ready in 2/3 mins! Thanks for the promise that you will take care of my health after knowing my weakness for fried food. The yummy spicy and healthy (with just one tbsp oil) air fried Onion/ Potato Pakora you dished out for me the first night? OMG, what a heavenly feeling…
I am so sorry that I am so obsessed with you, but am glad you are not complaining about it, hey, it looks like actually “enjoying” it too! Dish after dish you are churning out successful recipes for me with so much love. Be it the Mrchi Bajji, Onion Pakoda, Peanut Pakoda, Masala Vada, Veggie Shami Kabob, Methi Muthiya, Chicken Roast, Potato fry, Bhindi masala, Cauliflower subzi, just to name a few – all with very less oil and wonderful taste. I know you want to do so much more for me, and I AM WAITING.
I am so impressed by the fact that you can roast, bake, air fry, reheat or dehydrate foods. Time is precious, and it flies with good company. My cooking sessions in my kitchen these days are so much fun with you. I like the fact you are trustworthy and can do your job without constant attention. But I can look at you all day without even blinking my eyes, you are so beautiful (don’t blush…).
Your size (4-quart) is perfect for us as we are a small family. I like the fact you have a ceramic coated basket that can cook up to 2 lbs of food! The even circulation of hot air (does it hurt you dear) around the food produces quick, crispy, and golden finishes, every time!
And to those who want to know more about you, I want to tell them proudly you are “Ninja AF101 Air Fryer”.
Enjoyed reading the article above, actually explains everything in detail, the article is extremely interesting and effective.
Thank you and good luck for your upcoming posts.
King regards,
